• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, or through a booking platform like Airbnb.

We don't collect payment card details ourselves. Payments are handled directly by our booking partners, described below.

How we use it

Only for reasons connected to your stay or enquiry:

• To check availability, confirm bookings and answer questions.
• To send practical information before your stay, like directions.
• To keep basic booking and payment records, as required for accounting and tax.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

A few services help us run the property and this website, and each handles data under its own privacy terms:

• Aiosell and Aiopay, our booking and payment partners, process reservations and payments. Card details go directly to them, never to us.
• Airbnb, if you book through that platform instead of directly.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us that way.
• Google, for basic site analytics and the map embed used for directions.

We don't share your information with anyone else, other than where required by law.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other websites. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set a small number of cookies to distinguish visits; this only produces aggregated statistics, not a profile of you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for the stay itself, and afterwards for as long as accounting or tax rules require. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (once it's no longer needed for the reasons above). Just email us at the address below.

Children

This website and our booking process are meant for adults making a reservation. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information we hold secure, though no method of storage or transmission is ever completely risk-free.
